We met problem during PO submitting. Sometimes it feedback fake error message after approve a PO, like Read time out/connect time out. When an order actually sent EDI to WINDECS successfully, these messages confused us of how should we process it afterward. Cancel the origin order then re-submit another one, or we can just let it go.

Currently we need to wait until these orders founded in the WINDECS, through PO number, so we know it uploaded successfully. But it could take times, and we unable to do anything during the period, also don’t know when we can place order normally. We are wondering is possible to let system to do the verification:

If order load into WINDECS correctly, the error message will let us know there is no more work required;
If order not load into WINDECS/or there is any other reason we need to WORK FURTHER, the error message can let us know clearly of how should we handle it.

As you can find the records in the “供应链单据日志“, Read time out is the major failure reason we’ve had met, also caused lots of confusion and inconvenience. Hope it will be improved soon. Many thanks of your effort, and awaiting your reply! Have a good weekend!
