Add one same case, this order has processed payment with Alipay, but the page forwarding from Alipay to our site is not working and the order status is still being unsubmitted, we asked customer to re-pay it by WT and it is submitted correctly, you could look its log to see the customer behavior for your investigation, thanks.

Customer feedback：Below a couple of web order is failed to load into EAS these days, but their payment has processed on web. Besides, these web orders’ status online is unsubmitted (wait customer to do payment) ,therefore these web order could not load into EAS by web admin tools and SR team could not reach out to the customer of these web order due to no any order info including email they can get。（ORDERS_ID：7344804、7346930、7346190、7343335、7343954、7341649、7337410）

通过日志查询发现销售订单号7346190上传数据失败、7343335金蝶没有数据无法查询到，详见附件；后面需要开发分析原因及解决方案。
