Hello everyone,

After discussing with our infrastructure DBA, here is a new twist that we are proposing for these changes.

To avoid some confusion and make the process identical and repeatable, we would like to split the changes into two. Both of them are doing the same procedure with different parameter values. We start the procedure from the test environment and once it complete successfully, we move it to the production. Here is the procedure:
1. Get outage consent from all teams (KingDee, DKSH, DBA, DKUS).
2. Shutdown the application at agreed time (KingDee).
3. Change the database parameter (DBA).
4. Restart the application for the environment (KingDee).
5. Run the test set prepared for the database (KingDee, DKSH, DKUS).
6. Communicate the result and move forward (All).

We have completed the first 3 steps in the test environment for the first change today. We need to carry out the rest of steps to complete the procedure.

The same procedure will be repeated for the production environment once the result is satisfied.

We need to repeat the procedure for the second parameter change one more times for test and production environments to bring the parameter to a desired level.
