The Web ID 2532730 (USER_IDENTITY) is correct in KD, however the Account_Payment was not updated to True in MyDK.
I think Tim can update the ACCOUNT_PAYMENT method value to True manually in the RMB_UR_CUSTOMER table in the MyDK database, but we’ll need Robert and our developers to research why the Account_Payment update from KD to MyDK was not successful. (I’m pretty sure this is not the only time that the Account_Payment update from KD to MyDK was not successful.)
