As we discussed, please have your team provide a high level estimate for the effort to add a call to the “PO Approval” Customer endpoint at any point when the customer profile is approved in Kingdee. This includes the initial KD Customer approval, which will create a Customer record in WinDECS, and changes made to the KD Customer, which will update the WinDECS Customer record.

This call should happen prior to the call to update the MyDK customer profile on the web, so that we can feed the WinDECS Customer ID to MyDK during that update.

I am still working through the details with Vijay, so there may be some minor adjustments to the functionality (specifically around error handling), but hopefully this gives your team enough information to start sizing the work. The red line is the only change to the process. (The WinDECS ID already comes back to KD whenever a new customer is created in WinDECS via the “PO Approval” Customer endpoint.)
