Lanlin and Adam verified issue you commited, we found it's not an issue.
the city don't populate when we choose Province Shanghai because Shanghai Province don't have any city. but Shanghai should have some areas.
the city populate when we choose Other Province because Other Province has cities.
I'll dicuss with CSR tomorrow.
For instance, we created a new order in EAS and it 's as same as WebOrder which imported from WEBSite.
