A couple of things –
1. The url needs to be - https://customerprofiles-service-test.digikey.com/sell/customer/customerprofiles-api/v1/customers/{Web Id value}/kingdeecustomerprofile
Please note that we identify the customer by the Web Id, not the Kingdee customer number. So the endpoint needs to have the Web id

In your Test environment request (that you sent below), Web Id is 7054. So the url should be –
https://customerprofiles-service-test.digikey.com/sell/customer/customerprofiles-api/v1/customers/7054/kingdeecustomerprofile

2. Also, I looked in the Test environment database and I don’t see any customer with Web Id value of 7054. How did you get that web Id value?

The WebID Pradip mentioned should be dynamically retrieved from this Kingdee field and added to the URL as Pradip described.
